1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Responsibility

6 Game Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

964jg reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term within this Agreement.
• Suspicious activity or suspected fraud.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities.
• At the member's own request.

If your account is suspended for reasons not involving a terms violation, any valid account balance will be returned once the review process is complete. For serious terms violations, 964jg reserves the right to forfeit any related bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that breach the terms.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. The account closure process will be completed within three to five business days, once all pending transactions have been processed.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, and other visual elements on the 964jg platform are the exclusive property of 964jg or our respective licensors. This content is protected by Malaysia's copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, as well as applicable international laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or use any content from the 964jg platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Use of the 964jg logo or brand for third-party marketing or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited unless a valid written agreement exists between both parties.

10 Liability Limits
